The policy of the founder (ACDF) is to support and encourage indigent students to fully achieve their dreams and potentials. To this end, scholarship are awarded to deserving students to complete their secondary education, while post secondary scholarships are awarded to exceptionally brilliant but indigent students to pursue courses of interest in Nigerian Universities.
